How do I send a parcel?

1. When sending a parcel, you simply need to complete all shipment and delivery fields on the 'send’ page.
2. Upon completion of all shipment details, you’ll be able to select a date for the courier to pick up your parcel or you can choose to drop of the parcel at your local Parcel Connect store and save €2.
3. Following this you‘ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and your booking invoice.
4. Please ensure your items are packaged suitably
5. You can then track your parcel journey once it has been collected by the courier or dropped into your chosen Parcel Connect store

Note: The parcel is fully tracked if delivery is within Ireland. If the parcel is going to the UK, there is no further tracking once it leaves our central hub
