Unfortunately, we don't have a copy of the receipt given to you in the Parcel Connect store with the tracking number and are unable to obtain this.
If you created the return label on the Parcel Connect website, you'll have received an email with the label number. Unfortunately, we have no access to the label number on the in-parcel return label.
If this parcel is being returned to a retailer, they have given us a timeline of up to 14 working days to receive and process any returns. If you haven’t heard anything from the retailer within this timeframe, please contact them directly as we have no access to your account information.
