How do I return a parcel?

We have a range of pre-printed returns address labels you can print to return your parcel, you just need to add your order details so the retailer knows the parcel is from you. Click here to go to our returns page, select a retailer from the drop down list and complete the details. You'll receive an email to confirm your label number so please keep this for your records.

You must print the label before dropping your return to a Parcel Connect store

If you are returning the parcel in the original packaging, remember to place the return label on top of the old label so there’s no confusion.  Its very important that the returns label is placed correctly as the barcode contains your account information.

Note: Remember to keep a record of this label number to track the parcel. Your receipt from the Parcel Connect store will also have this tracking number.
